Installing Site Recorder 4

Site programs can be installed from CD or from files downloaded from this web site.

  • If you are installing from CD please put the CD in a CD drive on your computer.  The install program should start automatically, if it does not then please run the program setup.exe that can be found on the CD.

  • If you are installing from a downloaded program please simply run the program.

Please ensure that you have administrator rights on your computer before installing the program.  If you do not have these rights then the install will not work and Site Recorder will not run.
The program will now start to install the Site program.

On the Welcome page click the Next button
Read the license agreement carefully and if you agree click the I Accept button then the Next button

On the next page click the Install button

 
As part of this installation the software key drivers are installed

At the Welcome page click Next

On the Setup Type page select This machine and click Next

The drivers will be installed.  If problems occur then this may be because you do not have administrator rights in your account

Click the Finish button
At the Wizard Completed page click the Finish button

Shortcuts will have been added to the desktop for the Site program and the manual.

The program can also be found from the Start button on the Desktop at Programs | 3H Consulting | Site Recorder

Getting Started

Once the program has opened, to help you get started the online manual can be found on the Help menu or by pressing the F1 button
